Species: Contractor (Human)
Appearance: Chinese, average height with black hair and deep blue eyes. He typically wears a either a plain white shirt and jeans or all black with a bulletproof coat. When he's using his power, his outline glows bright blue and his eyes spark red.
Smell: Like human, Chinese food and ozone.
Aura: Pale, rich blue-green.
Abilities of note: He can generate electricity through a conductive medium, aka through metal and water but not through rubber. He is an extremely skilled fighter in hand-to-hand combat, assassination and spywork. He favors knives and wires. Also, in certain situations, his power can reach its maximum, which allows him to manipulate matter at the molecular level.
Permissions: He is very good at seeming relaxed and calm and normal, and thus he tends not to let things faze him. In general ICA=ICC, so if you attack him, he'll fight back and so on. Also he generally doesn't like to be touched except by people he knows well, and if you startle him from behind you might get thrown into a wall. Or this might happen.
